UPPSC alone completed 47,377 recruitments and UPSSSC another 53,011. Behind these numbers are real people who finally received appointment letters after years of preparation and uncertainty.

Anyone who has grown up in UP knows that for years, a govt job felt like something people prepared for endlessly but rarely got. Exams were delayed, papers got leaked, court cases dragged on, and recruitment processes often seemed never-ending.

Recruitment problems in UP didn't start yesterday. They've existed for decades. That's why many people had stopped trusting the system altogether. While controversies and cancellations have caused frustration, there has also been greater pressure in recent years to restart tainted exams instead of allowing questionable results to stand.

The biggest change may not be the number itself. It's that many young people preparing for competitive exams today feel that if they work hard and clear the process, they actually have a chance of getting the job.

I have long been suggesting India create a network for Indian diaspora, of nurses and doctors, shippers and pilots, workers and constructors etc.

Every Indian going out to work from India - record their skills, put them into a database, give them a community to connect to, with GoI giving info and incentives for them there.

Use the power of this network when needed. Tap their skills if they return to India. And utilize their value outside India.

All countries will be much more respectful to India if India can unify its diaspora workers and make them act in national interests like China does.

He is Brigadier Aryan Verma. He is just 20, making him the youngest brigadier ever, anywhere in the world.

He was preparing for NEET and failed twice. He then told his family that he had been selected as a brigadier in the Army. He rented a car, put a flag and stars on it, hired two bouncers, and started roaming around Shahjahanpur posing as a senior Army officer.

He was caught after two retired Army personnel found it hard to believe that such a young brigadier existed, especially one moving around with private security.

His father is a Horticulture Inspector, and his mother is a teacher in the Basic Education Department, and it's surprising they believed such an obvious fabrication by their son.
