@thsottiaux Hi Tibo, I’d like to report two serious issues with ChatGPT/Codex:
1. Unauthorized renaming: ChatGPT/Codex has repeatedly renamed conversations or tasks I created without my permission, even after I explicitly instructed it not to. This violates my control over my own workspace
