@arny_dm I quit dairy when I became lactose intolerant. I miss dairy, but life is so much better without!

@arny_dm It was a process. I started noticing I never needed my rescue inhaler. Then realized I was only using my Adair once a day, forgetting to take morning dose. Finally stopped using it at all. Then I stopped taking singular. It’s been a few years, and I haven’t had any problems.
