Why does @zama resist quantum attacks? Let’s have a simple look at Zama’s article

Today, RSA and ECC systems secure most of the internet. It is strong against classical computers, but not to quantum attacks, due to Shor’s algorithm, which can efficiently solve their mathematical problems.

👉 Zama takes a different approach.

Its FHE is built on lattices (mathematical lattices): which are grids of points in very high-dimensional spaces, mixed with noise.

Breaking the encryption means finding a specific point inside this noisy lattice, a problem considered extremely hard for classical and quantum computers.

⚠️ Key difference:

RSA/ECC rely on algebraic problems for which an efficient quantum algorithm exists

Lattices have no known Shor-like quantum algorithm

🔐 Result: Zama’s FHE systems (TFHE, Concrete) can compute on encrypted data while remaining post-quantum, with no add-on or patch required (like many other projects).

🚀 Quantum resistance is forged in the zama's foundations.

The @zama creator program ended earlier than expected . Honestly a good call. It helps limit bot activity and forced shilling (which felt like 99% of it) and lets the project move forward more calmly. Now let’s see how the team handles what’s next. We already know an ICO is coming, but will there be an airdrop? And what role will the NFTs earned during the campaign play? In the meantime, the testnets are still there to explore.

The transaction failed because the contract was paused at execution time. The function called (confidentialTransfer(...)) was disabled while paused, which triggered an automatic revert.
