One of the things we are most proud of is performing and singing a Bach chorale in every concert.
And now, the chorale is also featured in the audience’s program, so everyone can join us… “The voice is the muscle of the soul.” — Roy Hart

Being so busy over the past thirty years, I’ve realized that what I cherish most—my family, performing, teaching, conducting, and the community work we are doing with Mount Vernon Virtuosi—has been taking more and more of my time.
I want to be honest and fair to all of them and give them my full attention. Because of that, I’ve decided to step away from social media.
I can still be reached by email, WhatsApp, phone, etc., and my team will continue managing all platforms.
Life has more to offer than seeing how happy, perfect, and busy everyone seems in this fake online world…

As long as you have self-awareness, honesty, humility, and both feet on the ground, reviews don’t really mean much—they neither help nor hurt.
Still, these two quotes have stayed with me over the years… and they always make me smile…:-)
Cellist Amit Peled and pianist Daniel del Pino will present a captivating evening of music as part of Grossmont College’s Holocaust exhibition, Americans and the Holocaust. The program centers on the powerful work Bestemming (Destination) by four-time Grammy nominee Sharon Farber. In a deeply moving performance, Amit Peled will share the true story of Holocaust survivor Curt Lowens, combining live cello performance with narration to bring this history vividly to life. The presentation begins at 7:00 PM.
