@markrwilliamson Will be interesting to see how this will translate to reality... ie. the developers will build commercial units for businesses to occupy 22 hectares (i.e 220,000 sq meters of commercial units) ... "build and they will come"... ?

Value for money, the right route to maximise passenger numbers and benefitting as many as possible, environmental impact and other factors are all out the door?
