Katt Williams claims Hollywood executives essentially worked Bernie Mac to death by forcing him to shoot through critical lung failure

"What was Bernie Mac like? Was he a super guy?"

"You never saw anybody like him just because there was not anybody like him. The things people pretend to do and talk themselves up to be, he was that already."

"I went down to his show when he was taping and they were saying he was not feeling good. I left there feeling like they are murdering this dude."

"He had a lung problem, and the doctors told him that he just had to take time away from the show and he could come back when he was okay. But his contract was to keep going, and they made him work right through it."

Being “ahead of your time” sounds like a coveted position until you wake up jaded by society’s inability and outright refusal to catch up. It’s actually a calling that requires a demoralizing amount of resilience. A lot of folks are squarely in time & even more are reactionary.

Great way to work on hip mobility, control and loosen up stiffness without needing any equipment.

Slow reps, no forcing it. Let your hips do the work.
