After finally coming to terms with the feelings she has developed for Zoey and Mira, Rumi finds herself facing a new conflict.

Since then, she has been intentionally keeping her distance, convinced that stepping aside was the right thing to do. As much as she enjoys spending time with them, a part of her still believes she shouldn't become any more involved.

She has known about the relationship they share for quite some time, and although she never intended to come between them, her feelings have made it increasingly difficult to find her place at their side.

However, when Zoey and Mira begin to notice this behavior, they decide it's time to talk about it.

Knowing Rumi won't say it on her own, Mira finally asks the question she's been waiting to hear answered—not because she doesn't know the truth, but because she needs Rumi to say it herself.
