@verastaruk please help ! I thought Kinex were resolving my issues but I'm still being grossly overcharged including a second line I should not have or need!

@virginmedia its impossible to get in touch with your customer service department! I'm a new customer experiencing 3 separate issues over broadband and tv. I have been on hold for 25 minutes so far ๐คฆโโ๏ธnightmare....what is it with broadband- phone companies ๐ค๐ก
@verastaruk help! I joined Kinex in august and having a nightmare! Internet cuts out everytime the phone rings.Told bill would be ยฃ35- 1st bill ยฃ134 2nd ยฃ94!
Tried calling support number but on hold ๐ฃ๐ฃ
@verastaruk So 1 month later and my problem still isn't fixed! I paid my first bill today but I dont have the services I signed up for? Its starting to feel like a bad idea moving providers ๐ค๐ฉ
@verastaruk I hope you can help ? Signed up with Kinex for my cafe phone broadband- absolute mess and customer service non existent! They dont have Twitter but you are the parent company ๐
@ArgosHelpers I would like a bit more effort please as I am a very dissatisfied customer. You obviously took this product back without checking it and I'm left carrying the can !

@Argos_Online just opened our new Coleman event shelter at our campsite in France to find not only previously used but packaged as new and the canopy has multiple tears in it. We purchased this from Argos tadley (sainsbury's ) yesterday- in a bit of a pickle.someone please help!

Concerned payments have not been deposited! Just called customer services- no information- I asked if you had been hacked? No comment.

@BritishGasHelp so 3 visits 2 missed visits - water coming through the ceiling from leak created by your engineers after "fixing it".๐ฑ๐ฑ
And still the hot water is not working! Just had the call 4.44pm that no engineer will come today - another wasted day !

@SixtCH This is disgraceful- I received an email stating all the last years communication has been sent to [email protected]. this is not my email! But they sent this to reply to my email which obviously had the correct email! This needs sorting- your mistake @SixtCH
