A new study from the London School of Economics says 50 years of tax cuts in the U.S. — which promised to “trickle down” and eventually boost jobs and income for everyone — have only helped one group: the rich.

There is little point in trying to plan for anything relying on @GWRHelp . Yet another meeting postponed because of yet another delay. Simply not workable. The percentage of successful journeys that I make or plan must be less than 60% - dreadful!
I have many criticisms of Sunak and the Conservatives but we should all reflect that they have shown no hesitation in accepting the will of the people nor any hint of questioning its legitimacy. Citizens of other nations look on enviously.

@MedBonnevie Will be facinated to see how you get along. On the same journey myself. Three injuries over the last 4 years which required reset and back to sq. 1 ie walk 2 mins, run 2 mins etc and slowly build. Really relate to your 'half heated attempts.' Been there. Good luck.
Chiropractors can choose many other career options as alternatives to clinical practice or add breadth and variety to their role in private practice. These include:

• Lecturer
• Doctoral candidate
• NHS roles
• Committee roles
🎬 In this video, hear from Keith Walker, who left clinical practice to take up an academic teaching post and undertake a professional doctorate. Keith also joined the RCC's Research Committee and assisted in an RCC-funded research project.

I've embarked on a new chapter as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Plymouth, within the esteemed Faculty of Health. It's an honor to have the opportunity to impart my knowledge and passion for holistic medical approaches to the next generation, focusing on the care of neurology patients and the latest innovations in the field.
Simultaneously, I will proudly continue my role as a full-time Consultant Neurologist at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.
This dual role allows me to bridge the gap between academia and practical patient care, ensuring that cutting-edge insights directly benefit those we serve.
Here's to a journey of growth, learning, and collaboration in shaping the future of healthcare together. I invite you to connect and follow along this exciting endeavor!

Does anyone know of a comprehensive guide to MSK masqueraders or conditions Physios Absolutely need to refer out.
That’s where I think our diagnosis is important. Not for the things we can help with but the things we can’t.

Wish I had this when I was practicing. Fantastic clarity in a complex space - giving direction and understanding to both clinicians and clients. Brilliant work.

P45 has arrived, officially marking the end of my time @PlymUni. I have absolutely loved my time at Plymouth. From my amazingly talented and caring colleagues, to the dedicated and often hilarious students, there has never been a dull day. I will very much miss you all!
Those of us who were troubled by the Rwanda policy should be equally troubled by Keir Starmer’s ads on Rish Sunak/sexual assault on children. We must call out toxic populist policies on both sides. @rafaelbehr make the case for a better politics. https://t.co/jVCaIZk2Qb
I am a Junior Doctor. I will striking this week because I am worried about the future of the NHS. If we cannot retain staff, the NHS won’t be able to continue. I spend a lot of time thinking about changing jobs, despite loving my work, as the pay doesn’t match the responsibility.
