@MedBonnevie Will be facinated to see how you get along. On the same journey myself. Three injuries over the last 4 years which required reset and back to sq. 1 ie walk 2 mins, run 2 mins etc and slowly build. Really relate to your 'half heated attempts.' Been there. Good luck.
