@Yorkshire_BS @financialombuds @HSBC Just to keep you up to date - I was asked to wait another week as the lack of transfer might “resolve itself”. 1 week later & still nothing. Nobody at YBS has any idea where the money is - all I know from HSBC is that the money was sent and account closed. I am out of options.

Dear @financialombuds what do I do? My son had a CTF with @hsbc. At 18 I helped him initiate a transfer to a @yorkshire_bs ISA. YBS requested the money, HSBC confirmed money sent & CTF closed. YBS said that due to an error they sent it back. HSBC deny this! What now?!

Told to give it 1 more week to “resolve itself”. After which I will be raising a formal written complaint to all parties
