It takes great leadership to run a business community, however, the real magic is within the culture of citizenship, if community interests you, read some of these comments on this tweet. Thank you #BIPPers - you amazing business owners experts. We are proud to know you #BIP100

@BarclaysUKHelp very impressed with call from Brogan on your Social
Media team- spoken to countless people at Barclays and she is the first one that I am impressed with and feel I can trust
@BarclaysUKHelp 3 months of trying to get my accountant access and been advised that an official complaint logged last wk takes 8 weeks to escalate I am so deeply upset by the way Barclays are treating me as a small biz- could never recommend Barclays to starts ups that I support
I cannot stress enough about how no small business should use old Banks like Barclays for their business banking - I so rarely share like this but they are appalling and do not care - a basic need to allow accountant access to my account is pure hell
Everything is a product.
And so are you.
This is for anyone that has tried to work out how to scale their knowledge beyond hours spent.
Productising is all about using frameworks that allow you to deliver what people want, better than anyone else.
Over nearly 10 years I’ve been building products across a massive range; from public companies to individuals and everything in between.
Whether you’re a blockchain company building some fancy complex tech, or a one-person coach, the same systems, frameworks and ways of approaching building your offering, your product, apply.
Thats what this vid is all about.
If this interested you (and you’re in Bali) I’m running my FIRST AI Powered event next Wednesday 23rd at Monday, Uluwatu
DM and I’ll shoot over the details
@BarclaysUKHelp the most basic needs of a small business must be to give their accountants access to their bank account. Why has it taken since January- long calls to you, all the paperwork, my accountant going to their local branch and still not achieved in April #help
Sat next to a 24 year old guy from Hawaii yesterday on a flight back to Bali.
We chatted for 4 hours straight about his ambitions to be a business owner but isn’t sure where to start.
I went over a few product frameworks, people that inspire me, books, good podcasts and he took everything onboard - writing everything down in Apple Notes.
This next generation are so so hungry to be builders, create things and live life more on their terms.
They’ve grown up with Mr Beast, Logan Paul, Nelk boys, Kyle Kardashian, and hundreds more young ambitious entrepreneurs and so doing something themselves seems like such a viable option.
I’ve heard people say this generation are screwed because “they all want to be influencers and creators” but that’s so not understanding them.
They want to be free to be fully creative, do what they want and they know that they can.
It’s never been easier to bring to life what you have in your mind - whether that’s art, apps, music or entire f*cking digital world and they know it.
They also get community at another level. They’ve been building communities online for their entire childhoods, and, whilst I’m not for a lifetime on screens, just as many big time young millionaires now, they start in gaming chats, Snapchat, and message groups and they simply shift the attention to building businesses and generating income.
I’m so inspired by the energy and entrepreneurial fire in so many I meet (and I’m 30 so not exactly old) and believe it’s gunna be the generation that’ll build and scale our way out of problems better than any before - through entrepreneurship and one-person businesses (and absolutely not through regulation, red tape, corporate governance and greed).
If you in the fortunate position to lead them, don’t be one of those oldies calling them flakey, pathetic blah blah bullshit and start realising the potential that you don’t full understand.
I’ve hinted at this a few times over the past few weeks, so I’m glad to make it official.
I’m excited to share that I’m launching a new business - AI Powered Group.
First-time founder, and despite being just 30, it somehow feels like a long time coming. Let’s see how this goes...
AI Powered Group is built around a mindset I believe in—one that champions resilience and optimism in an era of rapid change.
Becoming "AI Powered" is about developing a resilient, adaptive, and optimistic approach to both work and life in this new world we’re entering at rapid pace.
Over the past five years, I’ve gone from feeling overwhelmed, unsure about the future, and unable to reach my full potential—to now living life entirely on my own terms, working on what I want, with who I want, from wherever I want.
This transformation has been thanks to a blend of Product Management and AI (plus an unwavering optimism about the future, despite many forces working against it).
The AI Powered Academy - starting with the AI Powered Product Management Accelerator - is built around this exact philosophy.
Targeted at those ambitious generalists amongst us seeking freedom and growth—whether they’re struggling to channel their skills, corporate workers craving change, consultants seeking autonomy, entrepreneurs needing structure or freedom seekers wanting to build a career on their teams 🚀

Thanks for all the support—past, present, and future.
@rosspower I love love this, and alo see the joy in being the under dog, where expectations are not expected by others, where you can set your own expectations and sometimes overwhelm others rather than underwhelm, where fame is not sought, but you just find a way to "be"
incredibly sad news about this great chap- what an impact he has had on so many with their health and showing that we should all take more responsibility for our own health- a terribly sad end #michaelmosley
"I'm sorry for the family, I'm sorry that I'm the one to find him. I wish we had better news."
Local cameraman Antonios speaks to Sky's @esadiya, detailing how he spotted the body of TV doctor Michael Mosley on the beach near the fence.
