Amylin and GLP-1 are different hormone systems involved in appetite regulation. 🔬
Scientists are studying amylin-targeting drugs both alone and in combinations.
What would you like explained next: amylin, GLP-1, or retatrutide?
👀 Everyone knows GLP-1, but have you heard of AMYLIN?
It’s a hormone your body releases after eating that helps signal fullness.
A newly registered Phase 3 study will investigate the amylin-targeting drug eloralintide. 🧬
Is amylin the next big thing in peptide research?
If only 4 peptides could exist, which 4 would you choose to keep? 🧬
Everything else disappears forever.

Bonus question: What’s one peptide you think is seriously underrated?
Follow @peptsypeps for more peptide talk, updates & your new vendor.
@topherbih The glucagon receptor activity is what makes retatrutide especially interesting. 🔬
Tirzepatide showed the potential of dual agonism, but retatrutide introduces a third pathway with some impressive early research findings.
Real question: Will Reta make Tirzepatide obsolete?
3/ THE BIG PICTURE 🧬
GHK-Cu is showing promising results in skin research, particularly around collagen, firmness, and tissue remodeling.

🚨 BEFORE YOU LOSE THE WEIGHT, READ THIS.
You’re putting in the work to slim down. But have you thought about keeping your skin looking firm.
There’s a copper peptide called GHK-Cu showing promising results in skin remodeling research.
Here’s what you should know 👇
2/ A POSSIBLE SOLUTION? 🔬
Research on GHK-Cu is showing encouraging results.
Early studies of topical GHK-Cu have reported:
🔹 Improved skin firmness
🔹 Increased skin density
🔹 Reduced fine lines
Lab studies also show collagen-related activity.
🔬 GHK-Cu is more than a “collagen peptide.” GHK is just 3 amino acids (Gly-His-Lys) that bind copper(II). In cell studies, researchers track collagen production AND matrix breakdown—because tissue remodeling is a balance, not a one-way switch. #PeptideScience
@OSHOMAH01 The liver fat research is one of the most exciting parts of reta that barely gets talked about. 🧬🔥
Triple agonism could open doors far beyond weight loss.
Fertility and mental clarity still need more human evidence, but the potential is fascinating.
🧬 The amylin pipeline keeps expanding! Registered Oct 28: Lilly's Phase 3 eloralintide study plans ~3,000 adults with type 2 diabetes and elevated CV risk. Primary endpoints: weight change at week 64 + A1C at week 36. Investigational, but exciting science. #Peptides
@DefianxtPEPs The switch-up from “that’s cheating” to “where can I learn more?” is hilarious 😭
Access definitely plays a role, but so does education. There’s a difference between having legitimate safety concerns and judging people for exploring new options.
More education, less stigma. 🤝
@centristpeater I started at 1mg and am still on 1mg for 4 weeks still losing weight. Start as low as possible test to see if its working if it’s working don’t change it til you notice a change in how its affecting you
@DefianxtPEPs Everyone focuses on the weight coming off, but hardly anyone talks about what happens to the skin afterward.
GHK-Cu’s collagen research is fascinating. Would love to see more human studies on its potential for post-weight-loss skin elasticity. 👀
@d0ll1eeee@Zee_v3 I see, cause me personally i don’t drink much water and i know i should lol. But for me all i get is constipation. I am on a pretty low dose however. How many mg do you do a week?
