Did so and have since been ghosted by @anycubic3dprint. I need a replacement and fear I'm running out of time based on policy... I paid for a machine that won't even turn on out of the box and can't get any relief... I NEED a replacement!

HELP PLEASE! My @anycubic3dprint M3 Premium arrived fine but my Wash & Cure Plus was DOA. Filed a ticket (only option I could find) and was advised to purchase a multimeter to verify the power adapter was delivering a stable 33V.

@FedExHelp @FedEx Why send texts saying package is on vehicle for delivery (and website)? Got update this afternoon that delivery had been attempted…exception. No one attempted delivery. Called and spoke to agent. Was told her “real time system” didn’t show any of this.

@CanaryMailApp Any known issues with iOS 16.0.3 on iPhone 14 Pro Max? My inbox shows empty always while on iPadOS and macOS it shows my emails fine. Search finds emails in the inbox on phone but the interface is always empty:

@tandemdiabetes First call to support … 45 minutes with no answer. Second call … 3 HOURS with no answer. I don’t know what else to do. My pump battery has suddenly begun lasting less than a day. It died on me overnight and I woke up with ‘HIGH’ on the screen!

@USPSHelp I have not received mail for 7 days. No response from issue filed and cannot get anyone to answer the phone at my post office during the 4 hours it is open. Informed Delivery states MANY pieces of mail and a couple of packages should’ve been delivered in this time. ??!!
