@HSBCUKBusiness three times this week I have tried to call and been in a queue. Yes, you say your lines are busy and there may be a 30 minute wait.... an hour later I'm still waiting. Plus an hour yesterday, 2 hours the day before. Seriously? SHOCKING SERVICE
