@EtihadHelp This was the first reason but this reason was used to even further day the flight because the crew had to change. Would have appreciated if the airline and crew gave the real truth and the expected delay plus leaving us without proper food for nearly 6 hours is unacceptable

C’mon @etihad @EtihadHelp you can do better. Stranded for almost 6Hrs EY 668 in Krabi due to Phuket weather and with literally no food. They just gave the excuse saying weather until they got the new crew on board from Krabi and served a chicken pie which was almost freezed.
