#heatwave When the temperature rises, Richmond Park’s deer get in the water, taking advantage of the ponds and Beverley Brook, maybe taking in a snack on the way. Always remember, stay at least 50m away from deer in the Park- they are wild!

Most picturesque... Eel Pie Island and Twickenham's St Mary's in the glow from the setting sun with church bells ringing and birdsong! It doesn't get much better than that.

The honey-bees are gumming
On their little wings, and humming
That the summer, which is coming,
Will be fun.
For the spring is really springing;
You can see a skylark singing,
And the blue-bells, which are ringing,
Can be heard.

All the little wood was still,
As if it waited so, until
Some blackbird on an outpost yew,
Watching the slow procession through,
Lifted his yellow beak at last
To whistle that the line had passed...
Then all the wood began to sing
Its morning anthem to the spring. ~A.A.Milne
