Sister. Friend. Mentor. Basketball connoisseur. Christ follower. I bleed Cowboys' blue. Logophile. Church hat enthusiast. Not superwoman, but I'm a super woman.
Idk, I feel like publicly and happily supporting a person that is actively stripping the rights of millions, openly racist and a convicted felon, makes the locker room a smidge less sacred and unified. But sure the Black player speaking up is the problem. 😒
The locker room is a sacred place because it brings together everyone from all walks of life and beliefs for one common goal.
Calling a teammate out publicly for his political views and to get attention is nasty work.
Jay Williams on the Thunder:
“As a fan of the game, I just want to see the game respected. There are times where I watch OKC play, I don’t feel like they respect the process of the game. It’s too much foul baiting. When you fall down 95% of every shot you take in the 4th, I get physiologically exhausted.”

Just to be clear the people who are bending over backwards to defend Jaxson Dart’s introducing and excitement about Trump would be burning his jersey now if he did the same thing for Zohran Mamdani so stop trying to pretend it’s not about politics.
@unbiasedwnba Y’all are so stupid. Fans were literally begging, fussing and cussing about Chenn not being in the league. Now she’s in the league and you come up with bs narratives to attack A’ja. NO ONE was choosing Chenn. The Aces wanted her. Shut up.
@WhitleyTeslow@jemelehill@_ajawilson22 Literally every team has an Olympian on it. Whether it is for the US or their home country. Y’all aren’t tired of this stupid narrative yet?
@DawnellSmi82451@NickAndreATR Did LSU go on the Late Show? Also, let’s just honest. LSU women’s basketball has not done what SC has done in the last 5-10 years.
