@jasonmauck1 Would be really cool to add a time lapse camera (you can use an iPhone set up on a tripod) just above the plant height pointed horizontally over the field to see before harvest and 3 -4 weeks after harvest since a Timelapse is worth 10,000 words.

@MattPowersSoil True but what if we funded replicas of this. Lots of places with streams over rocky terrain that could be bored with 2 vertical shafts and a horizontal tunnel. Pretty basic and then sell the energy produced.

Small family restaurants are weighing to Beef Tallow from soybean and seed oils

“I keep hearing and reading, and the more I read about it with the carcinogens and all this other stuff that's no good for you, I decided that's it. No more soy in anything. It's olive oil and beef tallow to fry. That's it.”

There are real benefits to beef tallow over seed oils and that’s why RFK Jr also prefers beef tallow

It has better flavor, higher heat stability, better frying performance, Lower omega-6 content which means less inflammation

It’s much higher in nutrients, it contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K2

It also have very minimal processing as opposed to seed oils

INTEGRITY. Making mistakes is part of being human. Even companies made up of humans make mistakes. Correcting those mistakes indicates a level of integrity. This week I received a free plant shipment that corrected a cultivar labelling mistake from 2022. Discussing with Mr Simard from https://t.co/GsyJP3daED it’s a mistake that cost them a lot but they did it. Integrity.

@sheridanicholas @NealSpackman It’s not about subsidies on one crop like alfalfa or potatoes or carrots it’s about the main ones that skew the game for all of them. Also hidden subsidies like govt crop insurance.
