@steviecryan This leak in #PerronetHouse #SE1 was reported to @lb_southwark #housing #repairs more than 3 weeks ago (brickwork soaking, *far* worse inside the neighbours flat). Council say they will fix it on 1 Nov. Is that a timescale we should expect?
