@evh1234567890@DisneyCanonLs Disagree, when you see more of slop it makes it go to slop. Lightsaber are cool if they are treated properly and not like laser batons.
The empire is boring when its shown as incompetent with soldiers who cant aim, not when it is portrayed as an opressive dictatorship
@BleachNegro210@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington i quickly went to Youtube because i didn't remember that and i found what you are referring. the xwings dont crash, everything that went to hyper light escaped, the only ship that crashed was moving slowly
https://t.co/ab5s7dsWTP
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington yes its an obvious over simplification, they can have skeleton ships or build around asteroids or anything else. the point is that there are many implications to starwars battles past and future if this is possible, and the idea that nobody would experiment or utilize it? absurd
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington there are dense and hard asteroids. metals that are relatively uncommon on planets can be found commonly in/as asteroids
Come on I did not need to explain that.
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington So the hyperspace ram worked not because it was a massive ship but because the ship was made of metal and not rocks?
You see why i thought you were trolling me right
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington If the hyper light ramming works as shown, Why wouldn't it work if both the target and source were scaled down by the same amount
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington For fuck sake are you trolling me?
I dont see the point of this exercise.
so far you haven't argued ways it works in the story. Just that
"The move they shown in the movie was only ever useful in this one specific time trust me bro"
Its a massive asspull, thats all
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington Hmmm when did we see 1000 star destroyers all bunched up?
Also
You again lowered the supremacy to just "a capital ship" to try and lower the effectiveness of the move.
Please look at the clip again, the supremacy is as massive to capital ships as a capital to normal ships
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington Why wouldnt it be?
Also xwing was just an example.
Tie a hyperlight engine on a fucking astroid and have a droid pilot it.
Like do you just want us to go through all the possible scenerios of how it can be used?
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington It slashed it in half....
You either miss and then hyper light back and try again, or you can have multiple ships do it at once.
Like no matter how much you try to down play it, as shown it is always more effective than holding a battle, thats the issue people take with it
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington It slashed the mega capital ship in half.
If the resistance ship can do that, an xwing can destroy a capital ship.
Like just look at the clip, what are we doing here with the 'actually its not that effective...'
Just look at the size of the supremacy next to the star destoryers
@AstralDepthsTR@Elvish_Harper@Sir_radington A capital ship worth of resources to defeat 10 capital ships plus a mega capital ship. It is simply too effective to be worried about the resources because any alternative would waste more with worse results
