He carried a huge workload those years (1500 touches in USFL) that took a huge physical toll on him and the Vikings did not see that. Vikings also took him out of the I-formation which did not suit a downhill runner.

@cockyfaithful2 Kent Hagood (1981-85) - Shared carries with Thomas Dendy during the "Black Magic" season. Had the build of a FB and the speed of a TB. Hagood ran for 2,014 yards on 365 carries during his career, a 5.5 yard average, good for fourth place in program history.
