@itsjust_therese The current classes don't stress safety as much as they are meant to inform on the laws you need to know when carrying. They do have you target shoot to make sure you have some control.

@itsjust_therese You still need to be legally allowed to possess the firearm. You would probably still need a Permit to Purchase (which you get from the sheriff's office, after a background check) and another background check would be ran when you actually buy the firearm.
