A very very disappointing lunch at Southampton @JohnLewisRetail. Queues were quite long, service was rude, food was cold, it was expensive, and the beef was fatty and couldn’t be chewed.

@thespursweb They should do more than apologise. They should offer a refund to every supporter than had to watch that poor excuse for a football team. I understand the frustration with Daniel Levy but it is the 11 players that cross that white line that have to be accountable.
