@WolfCountyCop @BBCNews Don’t necessarily need to hand it over, in fact should NEVER had over the radio. The officer should hold and control the radio at all times. As long as you’re not using an earpiece than there’s no issue.

[Peter @Petepolice]

@BritishDeanV20 @SkyNewsBreak Because it’s irrelevant!!

[Peter @Petepolice]

@BTPUnderground @TfL @BTPLondon @BTP @BTPFry @BTPLGarrett @BTPDMurray Thanks you, please do not hesitate to issue fines, no warnings! Was the guy in the back with red and blue coat ‘exempt’? Can you please also share exception reasons, I feel too many are using this as an excuse.

[Peter @Petepolice]

@TfL Would like to see greater enforcement of this, particularly on the buses. The selfishness and stupidity of some of my fellow Londoners is staggering!! Also disappointed to see a member of staff at Hammersmith station not complying, whilst talking to a friend, also not complying.

[Peter @Petepolice]

@Tony_Devenish @ShaunBaileyUK @SadiqKhan Bit misleading! I suspect this is shared ownership and not a house for £100k

[Peter @Petepolice]

@ShaunBaileyUK @SadiqKhan @CityAM Are you talking about homes that can be bought under shared ownership? I think you are, there are plenty around.

[Peter @Petepolice]

Couldn’t say it better myself!!

URGENT covid announcement:

[Peter @Petepolice]

@ConstableXL @PandaOJustice Absolutely right! Focus is always on recruitment but not retention. Would be interesting to know the percentage of BAME officers that leave within first 2 years of service.. what would be more interesting is why.

[Peter @Petepolice]

@hartleysmike @metpoliceuk Please fact check before posting! Over 240 arrests during BLM protests as of 24th July. 600 arrests of Extinction rebellion protesters in Sep 2020, total extinction rebellion arrests to date is in the thousands. Your argument is in tatters.

[Peter @Petepolice]

@KitSylvia @metpoliceuk Was not during a lockdown but to answer your question I believe 3 arrests were made and a number of fixed penalty notices issued. All other protesters were dispersed!

[Peter @Petepolice]

@andie1105 @metpoliceuk What’s your point?

[Peter @Petepolice]

@NForthergill @metpoliceuk Protesters were dispersed and a number of arrests were made. Please check facts before posting. Google is your friend!!

[Peter @Petepolice]

@ChevyGuy666 @metpoliceuk 240 people were arrested at BLM protests up to 24th July. Next question...

[Peter @Petepolice]

@Mikecryer3 @metpoliceuk There were a number of arrests during BLM demonstrations including arrests of individuals claiming be ‘protecting monuments’.
