- If you don't understand what your even looking for in the discovery you are going to fail
- Do such a good job in discovery they are begging for the solution
- Have fun with it and crack some jokes, be real
To many sales reps will get caught by their own manager future pacing them...

Remember that you have a moral obligation to help prospects get over the line
If you do not help them overcome a limiting belief or provide an alternative solution, they will remain stuck for years to come
