@MESalisbury @NaturalistDara Check out North Ronaldsay in the Orkneys. The Bird Observatory there takes (mainly young) volunteers to do surveying and ringing whilst paying your way by helping with the guest house side of things. I was there six weeks. It’s a magical place.
