Great to see N17350 move into first-in-human evaluation. This is the kind of milestone that reflects both the strength of the science and the enormous amount of operational work behind the scenes, from translational research, manufacturing and clinical execution.

[Onchilles Pharma @onchilles]

Onchilles has dosed the first patient in a Phase 1/2 trial of N17350, our lead tumor-directed ELANE pathway therapeutic, to evaluate its potential to selectively kill cancer cells in advanced solid tumors while preserving and not suppressing immune cells.

New NEU-002 data presented at #AACR26 support a systemic approach built on the ELANE pathway, intended to kill tumor cells while sparing immune cells. Program leads showed anti-tumor activity after both IV and IP administration.

[Peter Haberz @PeterHaberz]

Excited to share new data at AACR 2026 on NEU-002, demonstrating anti-tumor activity via systemic delivery as we extend our ELANE pathway approach into systemic solid tumor targeting.

[Peter Haberz @PeterHaberz]

It is rare to see a cytotoxic approach that also preserves immune function. From a development and partnering perspective, that combination opens meaningful strategic pathways.
Court and Lev explain the science and strategy well in this episode. Worth a listen.

[Onchilles Pharma @onchilles]

For decades, we’ve accepted a tradeoff: kill the tumor or preserve the immune system.

Not anymore.

On this podcast, our co-founders discuss how our therapeutics targeting the ELANE pathway can pair selective cancer killing with immune activation.
