If Mamdani would like me, a white New Yorker who never owned slaves, to pay a black New Yorker who never was a slave, then I propose:
Every Muslim in NYC starting with Mamdani, should pay us for 9/11.
Please explain why the latter makes no sense but the former does.
This sketch from IsraelI satire show Eretz Nehederet” dropped after October 7 — and it exposed the pure idiocy of the woke useful idiots cheering for Hamas on Western campuses.
In light of newly discovered information showing that Amnesty International UK had already defamed Beira's Place before its recent hastily withdrawn report, lawyers for Beira's Place have written to Amnesty again.

This #DSA clown says... "The US government and the Israeli government are in the midst of creating the Fourth Reich" Holy shit..... #Democrats#Israel#Hamas
DSA Members want Iran to win the war because: “If Iran is off the table, Hezbollah can’t be funded, Hamas can’t be funded, the Houthis can’t be funded.”
You don't have a right to double-digit returns?? 🤔
Okay, let's take that to its logical conclusion.
Let's say all investment returns are capped at 9.9% ... anything above that goes to the government.
Immediately, I take less risk. I might just "T-bill and chill."
And every investor around me would reach the same conclusion (unless they could redirect their money into some investment that would not be subject to that cap).
That means innovation would seize up -- because why would you innovate if there's no potential return?
No biotech. No rocket launches. No AI breakthroughs. No quotidian innovations, either -- more durable nail polish, or a better-designed set of gardening sheers.
There would be no reason to devote capital to innovating in any field, large or small.
We may not notice the impact on our society in the first year or two.
But the cumulative effect would be disasterous. We would be locked into a time capsule of our own making.
At least, that's what would play out domestically.
Meanwhile, on the world stage, the countries who haven't capped themselves would surge ahead. And slowly, we would start losing our top-tier talent to them. Brain drain in reverse.
@BohuslavskaKate I don’t think #Russia would go the North Korea route. #Putin could never pull off a Kim Jun Underpants. The #Russian people already know too much of the world unlike the information starved North Korean peasants.

BROWDER: Russia is like North Korea. Putin will starve his people, send hundreds of thousands die in battle, and destroy his economy to make a point. My prediction, Putin will remain in power, Russia will continue moving toward North Korean model of isolation and self-sacrifice.
The charity commission is launching an investigation into Amnesty International UK after it created a hate list of 100 gay rights and women’s rights groups.
Amnesty has been out of control for quite some time. This is a much needed wake-up call.
The Russian stock market enters free fall, dropping below the key psychological 2000 level.
More sellers are now piling on, as Russian traders' hopes that the Kremlin would defend the level are now history.
