Be very careful with these people. My band stopped working after a month and I’ve gotten nothing but lip service from the companies Customer Service even offering me a replacement when I asked when I would receive it. They totally ghosted me. Very concerning behavior by the company.

@united Scott Kirby , since your team is unwilling or unable to explain why, after flying over 500,000 miles with United Airlines, I was sent to the back of the plane to a middle seat, when I had PAID for an exit row seat. I don’t want compensation I want an explanation.
