A very special reunion...
This little beauty, Miss N, came into our care after her owner suddenly collapsed and was taken to hospital. The police contacted us to assist with fostering Miss N and we did and she was kept safe while her owner received the urgent medical care they needed.
Thankfully, there was never any risk of Miss N being rehomed. She simply needed a safe, loving place to stay until her owner was well enough and contactable.
When the day finally came for them to be reunited, there wasn't a dry eye.
The tears, the emotions and the overwhelming relief were truly unforgettable.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.
At Dogs on the Streets, we don't work to arbitrary timescales. We care for dogs for as long as necessary, ensuring they remain safe, loved and well looked after until their owners are fit, able and ready to continue their journey together.
We were honoured to be able to support both Miss N and her owner during such a difficult time, and we wish them many more happy years together.
Every donation and every share helps us continue providing this lifeline to vulnerable people and their beloved companions. Thank you for helping us make reunions like this possible. 🧡
Good morning from TAWF. ❤️🐾
Every beautiful morning at our shelter begins long before the animals start playing.
Clean floors, fresh water, breakfast served with love, gentle cuddles, happy tails and playtime.
Our amazing team does far more than a job. They know these dogs, love them, comfort them and quietly make every rescue feel at home.
They are the reason our dogs wake up safe, healthy and happy each morning.
Wishing you a beautiful day from our dogs and the wonderful people who care for them every day. ❤️

❤️ Before I tell you Wren's story...
Please help her.
Just by sharing her story.
Your one share could place Wren in front of someone who has never heard of TAWF before... someone who could help change her future.
And while you're helping Wren, you may also help another frightened donkey still waiting to be rescued.
Now let me introduce you to Wren...
Wren She is only about one year old...
Just a baby.
Yet she has already experienced the harsh reality faced by so many working donkeys in Pakistan.
They spend their young lives working...
Then, when they become injured or can no longer work, many are simply left to survive alone.
Hungry.
In pain.
Walking dangerous roads where every passing vehicle could be their last.
Wren is one of the lucky ones.
Someone stopped.
Someone cared.
Now she has a second chance.
Please help us continue rescuing forgotten souls like Wren.

𝗣.𝗦. ❤️ If you're wondering about the nosy neighbour peeking over the wall in the background... that's William! He was once rescued in an even worse condition than Wren. Today, he's happy, healthy, and never misses a chance to see what his "mum" is doing. He makes us smile every single day. 🫏🥰
If you’re reading this, don’t waste your life chasing comfort. Chase purpose. Stand for your faith, protect your family, and never apologize for loving your country. Those three things built America, and they’ll rebuild it again.
The easy road is to stay quiet. The harder road is to speak when it costs you something. Choose the harder road. Freedom has never survived because ordinary people stayed silent. It has survived because ordinary people found extraordinary courage.
Don’t measure your life by followers, headlines, or applause. Measure it by the people you inspired to stand a little taller, think a little deeper, and love this country a little more than they did yesterday.
If my voice is gone, let the message remain. America is worth defending. Truth is worth defending. The next generation is worth defending.
I may be gone, but ideas don’t die. Conviction doesn’t die. Hope doesn’t die. As long as one person is willing to stand up for what’s right, the fight continues.
So don’t mourn me by standing still. Honor me by moving forward. Keep speaking. Keep believing. Keep fighting for the country we all know America can be.
Some lives are measured in years. Others are measured by the legacy they leave behind. If my life reminded even one young American that freedom is worth protecting, then I’ll live forever young.
If only Snuggles really looked like this. God knows how he looks right now, nine months into confinement. He deserves better. His family deserves better.
