Hey @MadProfessordub - when I was a yout' on the streets of NW10 in the 80s I used to listen to your dubs. I heard you at @HTLGIFestival last Friday and the set was incredible! There was a tune near the start - lyrics about people creating 'darkness' and 'Jah sunlight shine'

I think the @PayByPhone_UK service is broken (29/03/23). By phone "application error", website doesn't allow you to select a parking duration etc. Funny how you have to hassle these people in order to give them your money 😂

Postscript: I'd bought @nightmaresonwax 'Shape The Future' a long while ago, but aside from the first track, hadn't really listened to it. Popped it in the CD player on the way back from WOMAD and it blew my mind. It's been on repeat ever since 🙏 4/4

So. @WOMADfestival was dope. It was great to spend 4 days in a field chilling. But I felt like it and the people were finding their feet after 3 years away. Highlights for me were @sonrompepera in the World of Rhythm on Sunday evening (roof torn off in a Cumbia/Marimba style) 1/4

Last but not least was @mad_electrifie on Friday night. The best party of the entire weekend in my humble. There was magic occurring on the dancefloor that evening and her beats made it all happen. Nice one WOMAD. Thanks to everyone who brought it to us 3/4
