@ccgirl @thejustinwelsh We’ve off loaded a lot of social interactions into technology: dating apps, texting, user profiles etc. not necessarily quality interactions.

And just like any muscle or skill set not used often enough. We get “out of shape”, and have to be intentional about it and work at it.

@ccgirl @thejustinwelsh Technology, by nature, makes things accomplished more efficiently, but doesn’t necessarily account for quality.

A good example is agriculture, we’ve mastered increasing the quantity of food with technology, but at the same time often we’ve sacrificed the quality of nutrition.
