@GeorgeSzamuely This "hybrid warfare" alibi is Postmodernism in practice. Under the rules of Modernism, such a claim requires empirical, physical evidence. Under Postmodernism it's all just competing narratives, so Russia presenting its narrative is an act of war, like cutting undersea cables.
