@qatarairways how do I make a group booking (15 people) with you? Your website says it's possible to make it direct with you but your London office has just told me it has to go through a travel agent and your online chat appears to be ignoring the question!

@mpkelleydotcom Being from the UK, the US tipping system baffles me! In a London pub once, I watched an American woman give a barman a £10 tip for her round of drinks. He just looked at the money confused, before handing it back to her saying 'you don't need to do that here!' 🤣

@UPS_UK I received a shipment from China two weeks ago and was overcharged by more than double on the import charges. I’ve since sent three emails and also sat on the phone for over an hour three times with no answer! What do I need to do to get an answer about my refund?

@HelloFreshUK @dpd_support Karmen we’ve already done that (and multiple times previously) but I’d like to know why this keeps happening. It’s clear that a single strip of sellotape isn’t enough to seal your boxes adequately for transit which, considering they have foodstuffs inside, is unsanitary at best!

@HelloFreshUK this has got beyond a joke. I’ve privately emailed about this same issue many times before but clearly you have no plan to rectify your poor packing practices (which result in boxes arriving open) and/or are failing to deal with poor delivery by @dpd_support 1/2

Paying monthly refunds to customers for poor service is clearly in your business model as I’ve lost count of the times you’ve given us a ‘token gesture’ for the trouble. Maybe asking you to give a public explanation as to why this keeps happening will be more effective then?

This is how the box was left on my doorstep and then I find the cold food seal inside has been broken, so who knows what has happened to this food in transit. Safe to say we’re not eating any of it. To top it off, the courier couldn’t even be bothered to ring the door bell!

Or does it need to be COVID related i.e. border closures, etc.? Also what is the latest that a cancellation and refund can be requested prior to departure? TIA 2/2

@qatarairways just looking to book a holiday to Doha in October 2021 and note your new generous policy on refunds due to COVID uncertainty. The T&Cs seem very brief though, so are there any conditions on cancellation reason, etc? Can a cancellation be requested for any reason?1/2

@SnapfishUK I bought a personalised 2021 calendar two weeks ago but it arrived with 2020 dates inside. Contacted CS who apologised and told me they’d rectify the order. New calendar has just arrived and guess what? 😏 What do I do now as your CS clearly can’t help me!

I still have the earbuds (even I couldn’t lose those in my ears!), so is it possible just to buy the charging case? TIA
