After going 2-16 in my varsity football career I had the best season I could’ve asked for. We went 8-1 loosing an amazing game in the championship. I switched to OLB after playing Dline previously and was honored with a unanimous 1st team all league honors. It was my 2nd all league performance after recording all league last year after my first season playing offensive tackle. I’ve started 5 and played 6 different positions on the varsity level, recorded 200 career tackles, been a two year varsity captain, and three year starter. I’m so proud of what I was able to accomplish @NVD_Football and am so thankful for all the lessons and opportunities I’ve received.

Congratulations to The Demarest Football team on capturing The SFC Ivy Divisional Championship and clinching a spot in the 4 team playoff. Coach Petrella, Esposito and Anzano along with our other assistant coaches, have done a terrific job with the kids this season. They could have left after last season but stayed for the kids. First scrimmage of the season and my first ever time playing another team as a linebacker. Played 1 1/2 quarters but was able to put up some impressive plays in my short amount of time. Including pancakes, tckls, tfl, a sack, and a FF. Excited for a great season.
