In August 1989, just 4 months after losing my Dad in the Hillsborough disaster.
We moved to Flint, North wales.
I was just 6 years old.
Flint is home and where I bring up my own children.
I am now 43 and very proud of my "gwreiddiau Cymreig wedi'u mabwysiadu".

Our circumstances worlds apart apart. But they have brought us together as friends and as campaigners.

You may have seen our post yesterday about our minibus breaking down and getting help to be towed to an area we could get signal. Unfortunately on towing the minibus the tow rope snapped on a roundabout and we rolled to a road just off the roundabout, on a busy bend.
On contacting the AA, they immediately contacted the police to come and ensure our safety. The minibus was in that position for 6 hours, many near misses were witnessed and the police didn't turn up. @syptweet this is disgraceful but no surprise to us, knowing this police force 😡
