@DoremusSchafer @eivindtraedal In that Phd i compared % of fatal cycle-truck accidents in all fatal cycle accidents in diff. EU countries. This share is high in Norway. However the absolute numbers of fatalities in Norway are very low and Norway can be considered as nr1 country regarding safety

@GKoorey I understand. My thought was that AADT is one of the biggest factors (together with speed) influencing accidents, so if you lower speed limit on 100km roads (which i assume have higher traffic volumes), the accident reduction might not be so big.
