UP govt's spending on kumbh mela ALONE was Rs.4200 crores.. then we have the HUF income tax subsidies given only to Hindus..

@kingslyj Ahaha! I have actually asked doctors about this. Why do they insist on wearing stethoscopes, OT masks etc or caps etc to appear fro interviews :).. it is the equivalent of a engineer turning up in the studio with a wrench, calculators and vernier calipers
