The big dig is under way for the footings. In extending this 1970s detached house in Wilmslow, Cheshire, Pettifer Architecture were able to provide our client with a large open plan living space with a modern new kitchen/dining area.

Sometimes extending out to the front of your house is an option! Here in Chelford, we designed a two storey front extension to create a larger third bedroom, with a large porch entrance below.

Progressing well on site this with this once small bungalow in Goostrey, Cheshire. Here Pettifer Architecture created designs for a large rear open plan kitchen/dining extension and raised the height of the roof to create two master bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and ensuites.
