@Currie16 Could be that. I feel the main issue is the access holes in the support between the engine/oil coolers and the condenser/air to air. It ends up drawing air from the sides and top rather than across them all. Path of least resistance type of theory.

@Currie16 Cover the sides and top of the rad support with cardboard and tape. This will direct all air thru the condenser and air to air. Then you can plug fan back in. Nose tractor into the wind while sitting idling. I had exact same issue and this 100% fixed it.
