According to a passenger, check-in was closed by KLM at Kotoka International Airport 2 hours before departure, even though the airline’s website states that check-in opens 3 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure. As a result, the passenger reportedly had to purchase a new ticket.
"You are telling me that you close 2 hours before, but it says on your Web page, black on white, that you close 60 minutes before departure".

Yesterday morning, I had the pleasant surprise of bumping into H.E. Governor Issa Timamy at Dr. Kalebi Labs (DKL) - no bodyguards, no aides, no entourage… just him quietly coming in for his regular lab check-up.
He was so unassuming that my Gen Z team, who were attending to him at our central referral Lab in Real Towers, Upper Hill, didn’t even realize there was a VVIP in the building until I personally greeted him and took him aside.
Whilst I was showing him later how to access his results through the DKL App, I was humbled to learn that he has actually visited DKL quietly several times before whenever he is in Nairobi since we opened 1½ years ago - having been recommended to us by his own physicians.
Yet not once has he ever called me, let alone requested special handling or sought VVIP treatment. It means most likely my staff all along didn’t even realize who he was whenever he visited @DKLDrKalebiLabs before.
What struck me even more was that after we finished serving him and giving him a quick tour of our ultramodern lab facility, he politely refused to have his driver pull up to the entrance and instead walked himself to his official car (GVN 005), to the shock of our security doorman who is used to opening car doors for VIPs, let alone VVIPs 😊
In today’s world, such humility is very rare! 🫡
A second-term Governor who freely mingles with ordinary wananchi without fanfare, seeking special treatment, intimidation or excess security - because, in his own words, he has nothing to fear or hide 👊🏾
Rare breed indeed! 🙌🏾
It was truly an honour serving Your Excellency.
Asante sana Gavana! Allah Baārik 🙏🏾
@FaibaJTL please sort out
JTLK45275 urgently. I have stuff to do.
(FYI, Savanna has just laid fibre here.)
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
@SavannaFibre please instruct your technicians on basic courtesy and manners....you cannot climb on people's roofs to trunk your cables to other properties just because your owner is sijui a president or whatever.....
No Airport in Iran is operating. They all have been reduced to rumble.
All their military bases have been reduced to ashes.
They currently don't have any functioning air force. All their planes and runways have been hit.
Their airspace is a playground for Israeli's planes.
By the time they surrender, they will not be having any government official alive.
The Iranian Regime is targeting civilians across the region in 7 countries, including Kuwait, the UAE and Qatar,
While Israel targets terrorists and military infrastructure, Iran strikes innocent civilians in their homes.
Kenya strongly condemns the strikes on the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman, Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain in the evolving conflict in the Middle East.
It is evident that the regionalisation of this conflict poses a grave threat to international peace and security. At this defining and perilous moment in global history, longstanding multilateral institutions remain indispensable frameworks for the resolution of the current crisis in the Middle East.
Kenya calls for urgent multi-stakeholder engagement towards de-escalation.
Hey @FlyJambojet . Me again
. 8654 to Kisumu boarding 1220 is:
1) late
2) has no toilet
3) has a bald underinflated front left wheel
Thank for your attention to this matter.
@FlyJambojet , you need a serious reboot for your JKIA staff on customer care. I used to think bags get lost on international flights. You managed to leave mine behind from Mombasa to Nairobi. It contained my critical medications. Your staffer decided to call security on me.
@QuickmartKenya , I'd like to take a few minutes of your time to, for once, commend you.
Or rather, your stellar Quickmart employee Vitalis Oduor at the Kilimani branch meat station. Vitalis is a gem of a worker. Courteous, but even better, innovative.
Promote that man.
In the next few months I am going to visit my big brother, H.E. Ruto. If I made mistakes in the past I am ready to pay cows for my errors. The brotherly relationship between Uganda and Kenya can never be broken.
Rehearsals for Operation Lightning Thunder in Garamba, DRC our first UPDF paratroopers jumped manually, no parachutes available, straight into the fight against LRA tyranny! We are unbreakable, resourceful warriors. God is so merciful to us, we still breathe to defend Uganda! Viva UPDF.
@KenyaAirways@KQSupport your service is atrocious. Stuck on the runway at JKIA in boiling temperatures in one of your decrepit flying tubes with no air conditioning.

Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would:
1. Admit nothing
2. Deny everything
3. Make counter-accusations against me
I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.
The strong must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.
