@TheGymGroup joined my local gym 2 weeks ago, the gym was closed for one of these weeks for a refurb, turned up at 5am for a workout to be greeted with the message attached. No REAL support with this, just a bot that goes round in circles, no one to speak with, no access, unhappy

Apparently @OctopusEnergy has great customer service... Reported a faulty gas meter yesterday, they took details and asked for dates I'd be available for an engineer visit, gave them dates, blanked me, today still nothing back so emailed again.... Nothing. Time 4 a change?
