We’ve had two replacement @SimbaSleep mattresses due to faults within the past year. Starting to think the hybrid mattress hype is all a big shit scam.

@SimbaSleep Already discussed further and given you feedback, faults don’t feel very ‘rare’ to have this many in such a short period of time. You’ve said you’re within your rights to not offer a refund and continue to offer replacements after every independent evaluator visit 👍🏼

@virginmedia Yes, everything please. Been waiting for your complaints team to get in contact for a few weeks now regarding multiple issues. They keep calling outside of the times I have provided then emailing to say the complaint is closed as they cannot reach me. Frustrating.
