second day that Royal Mail has failed to deliver my item. Tried to get it delivered to 2 different post offices and had messages saying that deliveries have failed and the addresses are inaccessible. Customer service won’t help either. Shocking service

@RoyalMailHelp hello, I was due to have a delivery today which was being delivered to a post office. I have had a notification saying that it has not been delivered as address was inaccessible. I want to change it to my home address but when I rang the lady said I couldn’t. Help

@RoyalMailHelp I asked for the delivery to be changed to my home address and was told by the lady on the phone that I had to do this on the website. I explained that it wouldn’t let me and she told me that if I cant, she can’t. The lady then informed me that my item would be left in a van.

@RoyalMailHelp Tracking number - TQ608111984GB. Due to the fact that I would not be in i requested that it be sent to the post office, Skelmersdale which is located at Asda. I received a email today saying the delivery was unsuccessful as the address is inaccessible.
