Made travel claim to @InsureandGo April 2020, they lost claim, I resubmitted, no response. Complained in September, no response. They partly settled in December 2020, I complained, no response. I'm told they're still assessing my complaint from September 2020! 🤞#insureandgo

Unfortunately, legal action seems the best option now. Discovered via Twitter my 2 month-old @lgus tele’s been written off by @TeamKnowhowUK and @curryspcworld. No contact from them, can’t get in touch. How many more weeks? Coronavirus gives everyone an excuse for being useless!

Trying to contact @TeamKnowhowUK is a farce. Hours waiting on the phone, two trips to @currys branch, can’t get through. I’ve sent my phone numbers and email address twice via Twitter as requested. Now they send text message for me to call them! Contact me!

Frustrating or what?! My new #LG tv was collected by #Currys for repair. #Teamknowhow want me to call them to discuss. Spent over 3 hours waiting on telephone. Why can’t they call me? They have my number!

Been waiting 14 weeks for @SingaporeAir to refund me. On 22nd March I paid for 2 tickets home from New Zealand via Singapore. I found out the following morning that the tickets were not viable since transit at Changi had been banned shortly before I bought the tickets!

@IcelandFoods I’ve now disposed of frozen and perishable goods left outside unoccupied house opposite yesterday by Iceland Foods. It was in full sun and animals were having a beano! No response from Iceland. What a waste - loads of food now gone to tip.😥

Iceland Foods left a large delivery outside the house opposite mine yesterday evening. Excellent service as the house has been unoccupied for about 18 months! It’s impossible to contact Iceland Foods to let them know!
