His been given the lowest capability side of sentence which is 5 to 8 years.
Im guessing. Probably a 40 to 50% time served before parole

Really need to stop with this soft justice on driving, its a privilege not a right, if you cant obey the rd laws you shouldn't be allowed on them, guy should new be in charge of anything above a 50cc scooter again.
