Aug.8 - @AirCanada Cancels flight 15mins before boarding due to "crew shortage". Forces entire flight on standby with no backup.

Aug.10 - AC loses friend's luggage. (Still lost)

Aug.16 - Trying to claim compensation but @AirCanada thinks the Aug.8th flight never existed!

08/08/21 - @AirCanada cancels my flight 15 min before departure due to crew shortage? No attempt at rescheduling. Then lose our oversize bag.
