@ADT was looking at my bill and wondered why it randomly increased a few months back by $5. The bill gives no explanation and I was not given any notice as to why. This feels really sketchy. Not what I want in a home security company.
@SamsungUS Hi there, sorry for the lengthy delay. It resolved itself but I wasn’t trying to cancel the subscription…I was trying to correct it because it said I needed to sign up when I was already signed up. The customer support experience was nearly the worst I’ve ever experienced.
@peacock this morning we were watching a PG Lego movie with our 6 year old & 4 year old and I have to question the intelligence of the Peacock marketing department..one of the ads in the lead up was for Crosse Point Garden Society. Including curse words. Why?? Ridiculous.

@ADT y’all profess to have the fastest response times but y’all have the worst customer service wait times. I am seeking to cancel based on lies by the sales person, terrible customer service, & the worst experience. I’ll make y’all a deal, y’all allow me out & I won’t make noise
@AT&T a tech was just out to install fiber to the tenant behind us but told them our connection wasn’t a good one & that it was a temporary connection. It’s been like that for a year but suddenly we are w/o internet. They don’t have an ETA & I am wanting to know how we expedite
@simplehuman I don’t feel like this is the appropriate way to handle a warranty claim for rust on a toilet brush that’s less than a year old and has only been used 12 times.. it’s also a $30 toilet brush. Not going to pay to have it professionally cleaned.
@NETGEAR is it true that y’all charge $139 for 1 year for a mandatory patch needed on Netgear router/modems? My parents called you due to issues & were told that was the case. If this is real, why would anyone ever purchase Netgear products if y’all charge for mandatory updates?

@ADT@Secure24ADT The panel had HomeKit compatibility. Guy who showed up to install said that was a lie. Should have cancelled right then & gone back to @alert360 who was awesome. Definitely going to report secure24 to BBB & review on google, yelp, etc.
@ADT I am so disappointed in ADT. Called to figure out why our system had a tamper issue & it was a 60 min wait to talk to someone. Called the line to cancel emergency dispatch & it took 5 minutes 40 seconds to talk to someone. @Secure24ADT guy who sold us this lied & promised..
@ecobee have y’all ever considered allowing one ecobee to show data from another? Now that we have a 2 story, would love to adjust the upstairs or see data on the downstairs one (obviously I can use the app) but if I’m walking by it would be convenient!
