@Safaricom_Care Very terrible customer service, I am sure there are timelines for resolving such cases.Initially when i noticed my data dissapeared and called at 6.11am Apr 2nd was told, by 8am the issue will be resolved, later in the day was then told 48hrs, now it's 120hrs and nothing
